Attempting to harness her power proved to be their downfall, and they soon lost their war. Unable to seal her away, the remaining ancients settled on enclosing her in a remote desert area and hoped it would be enough.
Luckily, centuries later, after the Dragon Raid, Gerrant stumbled upon the Desert Dragon and sealed her away in the desert. For many years after that, the Desert Dragon was little more than a lustre...
Until Professor K got his hands on that lustre and started performing experiments on it. Using the power of the Desert Dragon’s lustre, he succeeded in creating new forms of life, though never an entire dragon. However, ten years ago, Professor K mysteriously disappeared, leaving all his notes and research documents ripe for the taking...

To break up the death-by-heatstroke solemnity, the Desert Dragon Nest also features a rewarding cactus-themed mini-game.
The Sea Dragon was born from scraps of the Black Dragon... The Green Dragon was a mere human trying to absorb a dragon lustre... But the Desert Dragon is a true dragon in her own right, the likes of which you’ve never fought before. Still, battling the other dragons is the best way to prepare to face her.
From October 9th through October 29th, clear the Sea Dragon Nest and Green Dragon Nest to get rewards to improve your equipment. For clearing a single nest, you’ll get 3 Quality Onyx Sparks and 1 Quality Crystal Spark. For clearing both, you’ll get 20 Item Protection Jellies, 6 Quality Onyx Sparks, and 2 Quality Crystal Sparks. Only Normal and Hardcore modes of the nests count, and you can only receive each set of rewards twice.
After completing such vigorous training, perhaps you’ll stand a chance against Zakad.
